How do I get a shipping quote?
Use our online quote form, the quick quote panel on the homepage, or WhatsApp us. Tell us where your goods are coming from, where they are going, what you are sending and the approximate weight or size. You'll receive an enquiry reference immediately and our team will contact you with the available options.
Do you ship from the UK to Nigeria?
Yes. Shipping from the United Kingdom to Nigeria is our core service, with operational locations in Essex and London.
Can you ship from Europe to Nigeria?
Yes, we provide freight solutions for shipments originating in European countries. Tell us the origin country in your enquiry and we'll confirm the available options.
Can you ship from Canada or the USA to Nigeria?
Yes, we offer freight-forwarding solutions for shipments originating from Canada and the United States. Contact Eskaydee for current availability from your location.
Do you offer sea freight?
Yes — including shared container (LCL), full container (FCL), pallet shipping, commercial cargo and household goods.
Do you offer air freight?
Yes, air freight is available for urgent, valuable or time-sensitive consignments. Some goods have airline restrictions, so please describe your items when you enquire.
Can I ship personal belongings?
Yes. We ship boxes, personal effects and household items to Nigeria and other African destinations, subject to destination regulations.
Can businesses ship commercial cargo?
Yes. We work with importers, exporters, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers and other businesses on occasional and regular commercial shipments.
Can you collect my goods?
Collection can be arranged depending on your location. Enter your postcode or ZIP code in the quote form and select 'Collection required'.
Where is your UK warehouse?
Our warehouse / receiving location is Access Self Storage, Eskaydee Ventures Ltd, 1A Kempshott Road, London SW16 5LG. Please contact Eskaydee before delivering or arranging goods to the warehouse.
Can my supplier send goods directly to your warehouse?
Yes, eligible goods can be delivered by suppliers to our receiving location. Contact us first so we can register your shipment and give you a reference to quote on every delivery.
Can you consolidate several deliveries?
Yes. We can receive several eligible deliveries and consolidate them before onward shipping.
Can you ship vehicles?
Yes, we provide shipping solutions for eligible cars, vans and other vehicles. Destination import rules apply, so please contact us before purchasing a vehicle to ship.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times depend on the route, the shipping method and the time of year, as well as destination clearance. Contact Eskaydee for current schedules for your shipment.
How will I know when my shipment has arrived?
Our team will keep you updated, and you can check your shipment status online using your shipment reference on our Track Shipment page.
What items can't I ship?
Some goods are prohibited or restricted by carriers or destination authorities — for example hazardous materials, weapons and certain foods or medicines. See our Prohibited & Restricted Goods page and check with us if you are unsure.
Are customs charges included?
Customs duties and destination charges depend on your goods and destination. Whether they are included will be stated clearly in your quote.
Can you deliver my goods in Nigeria?
Onward delivery can be arranged in Nigeria depending on the destination and service. Contact Eskaydee for current availability.
Do I need to book before sending goods to the warehouse?
Yes. Please always contact Eskaydee before delivering or arranging goods to the warehouse or delivery yard.
