Arrival & Clearance
The shipment arrives at its destination and progresses through the applicable arrival and customs procedures.

Collection or Delivery
Depending on the service purchased, the shipment can be collected or arrangements made for onward delivery.

Before you ship
Prepare your cargo like a pro.
Pack well
Use strong boxes, fill empty space and seal securely. Fragile items should be wrapped individually.
Label everything
Mark every item with your name, destination and enquiry reference.
List the contents
A simple contents list (and invoices for commercial goods) helps at destination.
