Packing & labelling
Goods must be packed suitably for international transport and labelled with your name and reference. We may refuse items that are unsafe or poorly packed.
Warehouse & delivery yard
Please contact Eskaydee before delivering or arranging goods to the warehouse. Deliveries/collections should be arranged with Eskaydee in advance. Storage periods and any charges are confirmed with your quote.
Transit times
Any transit times given are estimates. Schedules can be affected by carriers, weather, port congestion and customs procedures.

Destination duties, taxes and charges depend on your goods. Your quote states clearly what is and isn't included.
