Who we are
Eskaydee Ventures Ltd ("Eskaydee", "we") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. [Company number and registered office — to be added by Eskaydee]. Contact: eskaydeelogistics@gmail.com or +44 7533 366216.
What we collect
Information you give us when you request a quote, contact us or book a shipment: name, company, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, origin and destination details, cargo descriptions, and any photos or documents you upload.
Basic technical information needed to run and secure the site, such as IP address (stored only in hashed form for spam and abuse prevention).
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange and manage shipments, provide shipment updates, meet legal and customs obligations, and prevent fraud and spam.
Our lawful bases are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in running a safe and efficient business.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to deliver your shipment or run our business — for example with carriers, customs agents, delivery partners, and IT service providers (hosting, email). We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Because we ship internationally, some information is shared with partners outside the UK (for example at the destination). Where this happens we take appropriate steps to protect it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Shipment and financial records are kept for as long as required by law. [Retention periods to be confirmed by Eskaydee.]
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict processing, and request a copy of your data. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
